Posting Comments Using FaceBook Plugin
« on: January 13, 2014, 08:11:16 PM »
When posting a comment on a site review page using the Facebook plug-in, the Facebook gadget seems not to resize correctly according to the comment made.

Using IE-11:
☛ After posting the comment, need to press enter several times to push the comment box text field down, then backspace so that the "comment" button is viewable within the small space of the comment box.

☛ Also the page needs to be refreshed several times before the expanded comment view is detected and displayed correctly.  This makes it hard to view the entire commenting for a review and hard to reply to any reply comments made.

Yes, and thanks.

Figured it should be on your forum instead of the social media (I don't/won't follow that as much).

Again, it may be a "monitor/screen size" issue on my side, but that shouldn't matter as it should resize for any monitor/screen size used. (need to get a newer monitor...)

Like the site, and it's purpose of helping warn/inform internet users.  Keep it up.

Hi, we are looking into the issue and trying out a few changes with the Facebook integration.  We hope to have something resolved soon.
