Do not trust the "agency" cambridgerooms.org (+ 44(0)1223 926664, bookings@cambridgerooms.org), it's a scam!!!!!! Hope you're not as naive as I was to send money in advance to secure a room. It all seems quite trustworthy as  "Robert van der Velden" even calls you but it's a fake. Just hope someone reads this when checking the site cambridgerooms.org.

Yes, that happened to me too. He sent me photos of the apartment (who knows where he took them), a contract to sign and all the instructions to book a room. To make the "agency" look more reliable, he wrote that there were a few programmed days open to viewings. I sent him money to "book" the room and he continued replying to emails until I mentioned the arrival time and the meeting to get keys. The house exists, but it is not for rent. Obviously nobody was waiting for me in front of it to give me the keys when I arrived.
Please, do not trust the website: he is still calling back to new "clients" (as I proved using another telephone number).

Notice that now there is another identical website (roomsexpress.org), with just different phone number and "address".
