Never shop from outletpad. You won't get it!

I placed an order buying an item for my friend's birthday and I did it one month in advance of her birthday. However, it has been 35 days from the date I placed that order I am still waiting. My friend's birthday has gone. They just don't care if you get your stuff once they have got the money. Read the dialogue between my enquiries and Outletpad below and decide if you still want to buy something from this shop. Shopping from this shop at your own risk!

My order was placed on 9 Feb and yet, the status is still ‘Processing’

According to your definition, processing means “- Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We’ll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.”

How come I still don’t get any email from you?

Dear Sir, The Chinese  New Year holiday ended long time ago on 19 Feb. How could you get back from it just now?
The item I ordered is supposed to be sent by registered mail and, according to your policy, there is no tracking number. I have no idea why you answered my email with incorrect information.
Please check again my order for me, please!
